Just tow some of those artificial island near the coast of those 'countries of origin' and accommodate those refujees in pre-fab housing on those island. One square kilometer with 5 storeys can house lots of humans
Simply dumping waste overboard would be environmentally disastrous for the surrounding area. Plus transporting food and water onto these platforms for such a large number of people would be very expensive.

treatment plants, or would be willing to pay for the transportation or processing of this sewage even if they did. Not to mention nobody would be willing to pay the cost of building and supplying this gigantic structure in the first place....
Many of them were victims of wars at least partly started by the west, so i think the euros and yanks should pay for the construction cost of those islands, as with the sh1t, I think there might be no other way xcept building above ground, open air tanks(as part of foren aids) if there's no takers, not even saudis who once needed organic material to turn deserts into farm land
