I think the usual apologetics regarding israel from the arab muslim view point  are:

God created israel to test the royalty/resolve of the arab/muslims

OR God allowed the devil to create israel to test the royalty/resolve of the arab/muslims in a grand scheme to ultimately reward the pious and punish the wicked.

The above rest on the arab/muslim 'belief' God is on their side.(I myself as a 10% non-arab muslim believe God created israel to punish the arabs' alliance with infidel Britain and france to bring down the Ottoman kaliphah)

The jews and christians have parallel apologetics on the destruction of the 2nd jewish temple by the romans,the holocaust and the creation of modern israel. Many hasidic jews believe Hitler was an instrument of God to punish the secular jews.

The collapse of that saudi crane into the holiest mosque of islam and killed over 100 muslims on the14th anniversary of 9/11 and on the eve of a hajj is even more dicey
