if they're able to build at the same pace as CV-17, we could expect to see them launch by 2021-2022. The one at Jiangnan shipyard supposedly has already been laid down. Jiangnan shipyard belongs to the CSSC (China State Shipbuilding Corporation).
Then we have the CSIC (China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation) posting news about the inspection of the 701 institute office, where a catobar carrier was displayed. CSIC had previously said that they're getting ready for the production of a new indigenous carrier after CV-17 had gone for sea trial. CSIC owns the Dalian shipyard that built the CV-17.
