Norway has a close infection per million population ratio to Sweden but one fifth of their death rate, Sweden either has relatively poor NHS or just give up treatment too easily, for e.g. their medical personnel rather not take risk to treat elderly people putting them in intensive care. Otherwise the high death rate can only mean Swedish testing is far inadequate, the real number of confirmed cases is far greater than what was reported.
