The obviously long lasting and intense fire would have most likely damaged wiring conduits.piping and behind decks/bulkheads etc with unseen damage such as warpage perhaps and other types of damage bfrom the water used to extinguish the blaze-the parts of themselves perhaps not really expensive("company has to restart assembly line -very,very expensive Mr.President!!")and to be sure of a proper repair ship has to be ripped out to the bare hull and rebuilt(?).Insane labour costs and price markups to the sky.I could however be totally wrong-.will wait and see.
