No matter, the hindus are very proud of that and thus they claim they're more advanced than chinese in space tech. Now some thing that push further their pride: It took a muzzy pic of the martian satellite Phobos. According to the article below, the camera or scope 'on board' the probe has a spatial resolution of 210m to 4200km or 1:20000. That means its camera has an aperture of only about 12 mm. I suspect even this inept toy was imported, haha. But however it sure makes the hindus proud.
