mid and high tech stuff with any consistency.  China's rise actually gave low income countries and also low income people in the West to be able to participate in economy.  If any of you can go back a few decades will remember how expensive things were. To get something done was expensive.  Even a torchlight cost $10 in 1980 US dollar.  Computers cost $3,000 . That's $3k in 1980 dollars.  

By boycotting China, India will have no cheap alternatives for mid and high tech stuff.
