A bulk of the working population will be smaller than it is now. By then it needs to have highy innovative and skilled workers instead of mass brute force labor. In order to have that, there will be more room for creatvity. As GDP per capita increases so does freedom. Same with Taiwan and South Korea. They were autocracies until they hit a certain GDP per capita threshold. Not wanting to be caught in the middle income trap, they had to adjust accordingly.
