in the sense that Huawei is able to produce Kirin chip again. Nothing official, most likely guess is SMIC has been fabricating the chip for Huawei using a domestic line. Another guess, 28 nm or 14 nm? If the chip is intended for Huawei smartphone returning in 2023 as declared by Huawei CEO, it should at least be 14 nm, possibly better. Another hurdle Huawei has to cross is the 5G RF chip, whether producing their own or sourcing from another Chinese company.
