Not even a penny. On the other hand, I am pretty sure that it did include millions sent by ROCA veterans when they
saw their homeland soaked in water, and their relatives suffered from natural disasters. In that sense, that money is
not an "aid" from TW; just as my 20 dollar donation to TW earthquake does not is not US aid.
Moreover, TW has been pocketing 15 Billion a year from cross-strait trade. Do you think the surplus will still be there
if TW indeed becomes a "State"? China enjoys trade surplus with virtually all its trading partners: EU, U.S.of A,
Japan, etc. You really think MIT products are so competitive that they outperform competitors from all those countries?
